MBC is seeking to add to our staff team a suitable Associate Pastor, sharing the responsibilities of pastoral-eldership, including word ministry, member care and organisational leadership. There is no set start date, and the role can be part-time or full-time, based on the gifting and availability of the right person.

Typically part-time, and committing year to year, a ministry traineeship is a great way to explore and develop ministry giftings, while continuing with other work or studies. Tailored traineeships are created around any one ministry area, or a combination of ministry areas.
