MBC Kids Enrolment 2025

We are excited to offer programs for children and youth in 2025, with special thanks to our dedicated teams of volunteers. Use this form if you are a parent giving permission for your child to be included in one of our childrens programs offered as part of the AM or PM services, including:

  • Little Sprouts (Preschool + Kindy)

  • Evergreens (Year 1 to Year 4)

  • Cedars (Year 5 to Year 8)

Note:

  • AM Creche (infants) is a DIY arrangements, with child-friendly spaces set up at the back of the auditorium.

  • For MBC Youth on Friday Nights - please use the Youth Rego form.

We thank all our MBC parents for the privilege of supporting your God-given task of raising up children who trust and follow Jesus.
